The amount of weight you will lose depends on your baseline factors, including your starting weight and what your lifestyle was like when you began the program.

Aloe Vera is believed to reduce severe joint and muscle pain associated with arthritis. When applied directly to the area of pain,Aloe Vera penetrates the skin to sooth the pain.
